Proudly Polish... for 60 Years!

There are few companies in Poland which for 60 years have played a role in the development of the Polish economy the way the Pietrucha Group has and which have an equally rich history and experience. From a small tannery offering services to the local community, we transformed into an innovative plastic processing enterprise, to ultimately join the elite group of global players specializing in providing comprehensive services to the civil engineering sector.

1960

Stanisław Pietrucha together with his wife Apolonia establish the Stanisław Pietrucha Tannery in Błaszki, a small town in Central Poland.

1970

The establishment becomes the leader on the local market, building up a reputation for being a reliable family business based on the principles of mercantile honesty.

1970

1979

The second generation of entrepreneurs from Błaszki take over the business as Andrzej Pietrucha, the son of Stanisław Pietrucha, joins the company.

1979

1990

The Polish economic transformation is beginning and the Pietrucha enterprise is rapidly expanding. The company starts manufacturing PVC windows and doors at the new plant in Błaszki.

1993

Acquisition of real estate from the Communications Equipment Factory located in Błaszki, where the Group manufacturing plants will be located.

1993

1995

The company launches production of internal and external windowsills manufactured  at the newly installed Austrian production line Cincnatti Milacorn. The windowsills are covered in decorative foils made by the German company Renolit.

1995

1999

The company becomes a modern and innovative enterprise equipped with the most advanced technology to manufacture PVC products and recycled PVC profiles. The idea is to create closed materials circulation during the processing of plastics. The Pietrucha Group becomes one of the largest PVC windows manufacturers in Europe.

2000

Construction of a new branch of the company in Ksawerów. The new 10 000 square meter plant includes production sites, extensive warehouses and office space.

2005

The Pietrucha Group continues its rapid development and begins to specialize in the delivery of products and services to the civil engineering sector.

2006

Launch of production of vinyl sheet piles used among other things as collateral or retaining walls to protect sites with variable water levels, as well as floodwall reinforcement, and regulation of riverbeds or cut-off walls.

2010

Launch of production of geogrids used as ground reinforcement in infrastructure and road construction projects.

Andrzej Pietrucha entrusts the management of the Group to his son Jerzy.

2012

The beginning of rapid international expansion of the Group. Pietrucha International NIGERIA Ltd. is launched to provide services to the markets of West Africa. In Rwanda, the Pietrucha Group opens a branch office.

A new branch office is opened in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to provide services for the markets of South-East Asia.

2015

The Regional Chamber of Commerce in Łódź awards the Pietrucha Group the BENYOWSKY PRAEMIUM prize for strengthening Polish-African economic relations.

2016

The Pietrucha Manufacturing PHILIPPINES Ltd. is formed as a joint-venture with a local partner.

2018

The Pietrucha Family Foundation is established and the Group assets are reorganized to create a unified manufacturing facility in Błaszki, as well as the research and development unit. The new structure helps consolidate all know-how and competence to create synergies and enhance the Group development potential.

The Pietrucha Group celebrates 60-Years’ Anniversary.

Towards zero-emissions! 100% of energy consumed by the Pietrucha Group in the manufacturing and operational processes comes from own renewable sources.

The Pietrucha Group is an advanced, competitive and innovative enterprise focused on the delivery of specialized high quality products to the civil engineering sector, used in civil and commercial construction, hydro technological projects, and in construction of flood protection systems.
